Review the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and security practices for the Orvion Edge AI workforce platform.
Orvion Edge is a workforce and project platform operated by NextGenAI (“we”, “us” or “our”). It helps authorised users access projects, complete work, submit deliverables and support project review and administration.
We use information to create and secure accounts; authenticate users and apply role-based access; allocate and manage projects; receive, store, review and score submissions; communicate project instructions and status; provide support; detect fraud, misuse and security incidents; maintain service reliability; comply with applicable law; and enforce our platform terms and project requirements.
Where required by applicable law, we will identify an appropriate lawful basis for processing, provide a clear notice and obtain consent where consent is required. Where processing is based on consent, you may request withdrawal; withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful and may mean we can no longer provide a feature that depends on the data.
We do not sell personal information as a business model. Information may be shared on a need-to-know basis with authorised project clients, team leads, reviewers and administrators to operate projects and assess work; with service providers that host or process data for us; or where necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution or protection of users and the platform. Access should be limited to the relevant purpose and permissions.
Orvion Edge uses Firebase services for authentication and application/database functionality, and Cloudinary for file/media uploads where configured. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy/security documentation. Their processing locations and international transfers may depend on the service, account configuration and region selected. We do not claim that all data is stored only in India.
The platform and its authentication provider may use browser storage or similar technologies to maintain sign-in state, remember session preferences and support essential security and functionality. If you sign out or use a private browsing session, some stored preferences may be cleared. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other core features from working.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, manage projects and disputes, maintain security records, meet contractual or legal obligations and enforce platform rules. Retention periods vary by data type and project requirements. When information is no longer required, we intend to delete it or de-identify it, subject to backups, legal holds and other lawful retention requirements. You may request account/data deletion, but some project, audit or transaction records may need to be retained where legally permitted or required.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may be able to request access to information about processing, correction or updating, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or grievance redressal. To submit a request, contact support@nextgenai.co.in or use the Orvion Help Center. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law.
Orvion Edge is intended for users aged 18 or older unless a specific programme expressly states otherwise and has appropriate safeguards. Do not create an account if you are under 18. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to review and address it.
Links to third-party services, including the Help Center or service-provider websites, are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices; review those notices before providing information.
We may update this Policy when the platform, our data practices or applicable requirements change. The revised date will be shown at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or other appropriate channels.
For privacy questions, data requests or complaints, contact support@nextgenai.co.in or visit the Help Center. Please include enough information for us to understand the request, but do not email passwords, authentication codes or API secrets.
“Orvion Edge”, “Platform”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Orvion Edge workforce, project and task-management application operated under the NextGenAI brand. Before publication, the operator must insert its exact registered legal name, entity type, registered/principal business address and applicable contact details in the website’s legal/contact information. A brand or trade name is not necessarily a separate legal person.
The Platform may allow authorised users to access projects, receive instructions, submit tasks or files, review work, manage teams, communicate about projects and use administrative functions. Features may vary by user role, project, customer agreement and subscription.
These Terms may be accepted electronically. Where applicable, electronic acceptance and records may be recognised under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian law. We may keep records of acceptance, the version shown, timestamps and relevant account identifiers. You are responsible for reviewing the version presented to you and keeping a copy for your records.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, client, vendor or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. In that case, “you” may include both you and the organisation for the obligations relevant to that use.
You must keep passwords, one-time passwords, recovery links, session tokens and other credentials confidential; use a strong and unique password; protect the email account associated with your profile; and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not bypass authentication, role restrictions, security controls, rate limits or technical safeguards. We may require a password reset, revoke sessions or temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect accounts or the Platform.
Access may depend on your assigned role, team, project, subscription or client permissions. Administrators, project managers, team leads, reviewers and contributors may have different capabilities. You must only access information and functions that you are authorised to use. A user interface element being hidden or visible does not itself grant or remove legal authorisation; access remains subject to server-side controls and applicable permissions.
We may correct role assignments, remove inappropriate access or change the permission model to maintain security and service integrity. We do not authorise users to inspect another user’s private data or project materials unless the relevant role and project instructions expressly permit it.
Projects may be offered by us or by customers, partners or other authorised project owners. Each project may have its own scope, eligibility requirements, instructions, quality criteria, deadlines, acceptance rules, confidentiality obligations and payment terms. The project brief or a separate written agreement controls project-specific details if it expressly varies these general Terms.
Creating an account does not guarantee that you will receive a project, minimum workload, continuous assignments, acceptance of a submission, a particular quality score or a particular amount of income. Project availability can change due to customer demand, funding, technical requirements, review results, compliance checks or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any quality score or automated decision support is subject to the applicable project process and available review mechanisms. Do not treat an automated score as a guarantee of future assignments or earnings.
Any contributor compensation, vendor fee, subscription charge, incentive, deduction, currency conversion, payout method, minimum payout threshold or payment schedule must be stated in the applicable project brief, order, subscription page or separate written agreement. These Terms alone do not promise a particular rate or payment date.
If the Platform offers paid plans, the plan page or order summary should state the price, taxes where applicable, billing period, included features, usage limits, renewal method, cancellation process and refund terms before purchase. You authorise the disclosed payment method to be charged for the transaction you approve. We will not interpret these general Terms as authorisation for an undisclosed charge.
Unless the applicable plan clearly states otherwise, a subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specified Platform features during the paid period; it does not transfer ownership of the Platform or its intellectual property. Plan changes, renewal, cancellation, failed payments and refunds are governed by the terms displayed at purchase and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this section excludes a refund or remedy that the law requires.
“User Content” includes task responses, annotations, files, comments, profile information and other material you submit. As between you and us, you retain any rights you lawfully hold in User Content, subject to rights in source materials, customer content, project instructions and third-party materials.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, review and process User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and improve the relevant Platform services, perform project review, meet documented project requirements and comply with law. Where a client or project requires a broader transfer or licence of deliverables, that transfer must be clearly stated in the relevant project agreement or instructions before the work is undertaken. These Terms do not silently transfer ownership of all your work to us.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the material and grant the licences described above. You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, publicity or other rights, or content that you are not authorised to share.
Project materials may contain confidential information, personal data, business information, datasets or intellectual property belonging to customers or other parties. You must use such material only for the assigned purpose, only through approved tools and accounts, and only for as long as authorised. You must not copy it to personal storage, publish it, share it with unauthorised people, use it to train a separate model, or retain it after the permitted period unless the project instructions or law expressly allow it.
Do not upload Aadhaar numbers, financial information, health data, passwords, API secrets or other sensitive information unless it is expressly required, the project is authorised to collect it, and the approved secure process is provided. If you discover that you have received data you should not have access to, stop processing it and report it through the Help Center.
You must not, and must not help another person to:
The Platform software, interface, design, branding, logos, documentation, templates and related materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited access rights expressly granted to you, no ownership or licence is transferred by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from protected Platform materials unless authorised by law or in writing.
You must not use the NextGenAI or Orvion names, logos or other marks in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without written permission.
The Platform may rely on third-party services, including authentication, hosting, database, file upload, analytics, communication or payment providers. Such providers may have separate terms, availability limits, privacy notices and security requirements. We are not responsible for independent services to the extent permitted by law, but this does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on us for our own conduct, representations or selection and use of service providers.
You must not use a third-party integration to bypass project restrictions or transfer data to an unapproved destination. Features may be changed or disabled when a provider changes its service, where security requires it, or where continued use is not reasonably practicable.
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, outages, network failures, provider incidents, security events or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We may update, replace, suspend or discontinue features for operational, security, legal or product reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect paid or active project use.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to address a security risk, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms, violation of project rules, non-payment of a valid fee, a customer instruction or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally permissible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond or correct the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users, confidential information, evidence or the Platform.
You may stop using the Platform and request account closure through the Help Center. Closing an account does not automatically cancel a separate subscription, settle a pending payment, erase records that must lawfully be retained, or terminate a separate project or contractor agreement unless that agreement says so. Valid accrued rights and obligations survive termination as required by their nature or applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not promise that every feature will meet every user’s needs, that every submission will be accepted, or that a project will generate a specific income. Information displayed in dashboards may be subject to review, reconciliation, delays or corrections.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable statutory consumer rights, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable liability. Subject to that restriction, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, loss caused by a user’s unauthorised disclosure of credentials, or third-party service interruption outside our reasonable control. Any further cap or exclusion must be separately stated clearly and must be lawful in the circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs directly arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, deliberate misuse of the Platform or material breach of these Terms. This section does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or non-excludable legal obligations, and does not remove any defence or right available under applicable law.
Please first raise a complaint through the Orvion Help Center or email support@nextgenai.co.in. Include your account email, relevant project or transaction reference, a description of the issue and the outcome you seek. Do not include passwords, OTPs, API secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal data. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request and investigate it.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, statutory consumer forums, and any other forum or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes shall be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction over the operator’s properly disclosed principal place of business. Before publication, the operator should confirm its registered legal entity and intended territorial jurisdiction with Indian counsel; a jurisdiction clause cannot create jurisdiction where the law does not permit it.
Depending on the service, transaction and facts, relevant Indian legal frameworks may include the Indian Contract Act, 1872; the Information Technology Act, 2000; applicable consumer-protection and e-commerce requirements; intellectual-property laws; tax laws; and data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 to the extent and from the dates their provisions apply. The DPDP framework has a phased commencement schedule, so this clause does not claim that every provision is already in force on the effective date above.
These Terms do not replace any separate employment, contractor, vendor, data-processing, confidentiality, statement-of-work, subscription or customer agreement that applies to you. If documents conflict, the specific signed agreement governs the subject it expressly covers, subject to mandatory law.
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, project operations, security practices or applicable law. The updated version will show a revised effective date. Where a change is material and notice or renewed consent is required by law or the applicable contract, we will take appropriate steps to provide that notice or obtain that consent. Continued use is not treated as acceptance where applicable law requires a different process.
For questions about these Terms, account access, project rules or complaints, contact support@nextgenai.co.in or visit the Orvion Help Center. For formal legal notices, publish and maintain the operator’s complete legal name and physical address before launching this version.
Use the platform over HTTPS. Data is processed by the configured infrastructure providers, including Firebase and Cloudinary where enabled. Encryption, backups, region selection and retention depend on the applicable provider service and configuration. We do not claim that every data field is end-to-end encrypted.
Where browser uploads use an unsigned Cloudinary preset, the preset name is visible to users and can be used by other clients. The preset should restrict allowed formats, avoid user-controlled public IDs where appropriate, apply suitable transformations/folder settings, and be rotated or disabled if abuse is suspected. For sensitive or production workflows, signed uploads should be authorised by a trusted backend; the Cloudinary API Secret must never be included in frontend code. Client-side file-size checks alone are not a security boundary.
Firebase web configuration values and Cloudinary cloud names are identifiers and may be visible in client code; they do not replace security rules. Private credentials—including Cloudinary API Secret, service-account private keys, payment gateway secrets and other server credentials—must remain on a trusted backend or secret manager. If a private credential is exposed, rotate it promptly and review access logs.
We aim to investigate suspicious activity, restrict compromised access, preserve relevant diagnostic evidence and take corrective action. Where a personal-data breach triggers a legal notification obligation, notifications will be handled in accordance with the law and rules then in force. Users should report suspected account compromise or data exposure promptly through the Help Center.
Report suspected vulnerabilities, account compromise or unauthorised data exposure through the Orvion Help Center or email support@nextgenai.co.in. Include a concise description, affected page and safe reproduction steps. Do not access, download, alter or disclose another user's data, and do not include live secrets in your report.
